PlayNix, powered by 123Live.in, operates strictly as a neutral technology infrastructure provider. We supply video player technology, Edge delivery servers, and bandwidth tracking software designed for Local Cable Operators (LCOs) and Multi-System Operators (MSOs).
PlayNix does not broadcast, curate, host, or provide any media content. All video feeds, IPTV channels, and media streams processed through our architecture are provided solely by the independent LCO/MSO operating the network. The operator assumes 100% legal liability for maintaining necessary broadcast licenses, copyrights, and regulatory approvals.
Our infrastructure is designed to assist operators in complying with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) guidelines and the Cable Television Networks (Regulation) Act. Operators must provide valid registration credentials before utilizing the PlayNix delivery engine.

We do not track user behavior. PlayNix strictly prohibits the injection of unauthorized advertisements, the tracking of viewer behavior for external marketing, and the sale or monetization of any operator's localized network data.
Every operator utilizing PlayNix operates within a siloed environment. Analytics, stream keys, and network telemetry are cryptographically secured and accessible only to the authorized operator account.
PlayNix reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate infrastructure access to any operator found to be utilizing the technology for illegal broadcasting, circumventing network security, or violating established telecommunication laws.
